Dear Backers, I hope you are all well and getting through these wild times ok.
I just wanted to give a short reminder/update on the shipping costs:
For the remaining orders outside of Europe the situation in regards to shipping costs hasn't changed. It rather got worse and prices increased a bit. Extra costs look as follows:
Outside Europe
Single: +12€
Double: +49€
If you are happy to pay the extra to finally receive your set please send us a message and we will add the costs to your Backerkit and ship soon after.

Dear Backers,
it's been a wild year for everyone I assume.
We were thrilled about our success in the KUR!O campaign, but had to realise that things don't always work out the way planned. This is probably true for a lot of Crowdfunding campaigns. We were naively hoping to have this all wrapped by September but this did not work out due to various reasons and I have to apologies for being too optimistic about delivery times.
Most of you have received their set(s) by now and I hope you are all happy. Please give us feedback on your experience!
Some of you however are still waiting eagerly. The shipping situation unfortunately still hasn't changed and outer European countries are still affected by higher prices. So, unless you want to pay the extra costs (see previous updates) we will hold on to your sets until things go back to normal.
The few remaining European orders will have to wait until the new year too unfortunately. A lot of the panels were coated too thickly and don't fit into the slits, so we are slowly running out of individual panels and colors. We have arranged new coatings for these and will have them back by the end of January I hope. I know, further delays. We are really sorry for this.

Hi again,
just to clarify the costs in the last update. The numbers mentioned are NOT the extra amount to pay, but the actual shipping costs. So depending on your original shipping fee you have to calculate the extra yourself.
For example:
Original fee 106€ / New fee 142€ = 36€ Extra to pay.
Here's all full fees once again:
USA (standard) / Rural areas might cost more:
110€ Single / 177€ Double
Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Japan:
142€ Single / 230€ Double
Israel, United Arab Emirates
196€ Single / 321 Double
